1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ReBio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use ReBio.
2. Who can use ReBio
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your password safe.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write (your "content"). By putting it on ReBio, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize and display it, only as needed to run the service and show your page to visitors. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in short-term backups.
You promise that you have the right to share your content, and that it doesn't break the law, the Guidelines, or anyone else's rights, including copyright.
4. Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served, but we may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or is held without being used. Reserved words used by the site can't be registered.
5. Paid features
- VIP is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Canceling stops future payments; you keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for.
- One-time purchases (username changes, custom badges, badge slots) are applied to your account right after payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your full card details.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
- If your account is removed for breaking these Terms, you lose access to paid features without a refund.
6. Things you must not do
- Break the Community Guidelines.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, including flooding it with traffic or trying to get around its security.
- Scrape the site or create accounts automatically.
- Resell or rent out accounts or usernames.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, take away badges, reset a username, or suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice. Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated (see DMCA).
8. The service
ReBio is provided "as is". We work to keep it up and your data safe, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ReBio and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts as described above, or if the service shuts down, in which case we'll try to give notice.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we'll let you know on the site or in our Discord. Continuing to use ReBio after a change means you accept the new Terms.
