Getting started
Is ReBio free?
Yes. Making a page, uploading, adding links and most effects are free. VIP ($5/month) unlocks extra effects and perks, and a few extras like username changes are paid.
What's my link?
Your page is at
/yourname on this site. It's shown at the top of your dashboard; click it to copy. Why does my page show "click to enter" first?
Browsers block music until a visitor clicks. The enter screen is that click, so your song can start. You can change its text and animation in Customize.
Customizing
My cursor won't upload
Cursors must be
.cur files, 128×128 or smaller (32×32 is best). PNG and GIF cursors aren't supported. See Custom cursors. My upload says "File is too large"
Limits: avatar 5 MB, banner 8 MB, music 15 MB, background 30 MB. Compress videos or convert GIFs to MP4; it usually cuts the size by 80% or more.
My music doesn't play
Music only starts after a visitor clicks the enter screen. Also check that the volume slider (top-left of your page) isn't at zero, and that the file is MP3, OGG, WAV, M4A or AAC.
Some effects are locked
Options marked VIP need ReBio VIP. If your VIP ends, they switch back to free options automatically and return if you renew.
How do I get my old look back?
Save a preset before experimenting. You can keep up to 10 and load any of them in one click.
Discord & badges
My Discord status doesn't show
Check three things: you've joined the ReBio Discord server, your Discord user ID (a long number, not your username) is in Customize, and "Show Discord presence" is on. If you're set to Invisible in Discord, your page shows you as offline.
How do I get badges?
Most badges are automatic, for example 100+ views, linking Discord, or adding 5 links. The full list is in Badges. You can also make your own custom badge.
Can I reorder or hide badges?
Yes. In the Badges tab, drag them into any order and switch off the ones you don't want shown.
Account & payments
How do I change my username?
Settings → Username. A change costs $3 (VIPs get one free). Your old link stops working afterwards, so update it where you've shared it.
I paid but nothing changed
Refresh the dashboard first; most payments apply within a few seconds. If it still hasn't, contact us on Discord with the email on your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel VIP?
Cancel from the VIP tab. You keep VIP until the end of the month you've paid for.
I can't reach the site / it says access blocked
ReBio's flood protection briefly blocks connections that send too many requests at once. Wait a few minutes and try again. If it keeps happening, contact us with the time it happened.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your page, uploads and presets and can't be undone.
Safety
Why do links ask "Are you sure?"
Every external link shows its full address before opening, so nobody can be tricked into visiting a fake site. It's on for every page and can't be turned off.
How do I report a page?
For copyright problems, use the DMCA form. For anything else that breaks the Guidelines, like scams, harassment or impersonation, contact us on Discord with the page link.
Someone is pretending to be me
Contact us on Discord with the page link and something that shows the real account is yours. Impersonation isn't allowed and pages doing it are removed.
